Typical Package is as follows:
Introductory Session (30 minutes)
1:1 Brain Dump and Goal Development (~2.5 hours)
7 consecutive weekly sessions (45 minutes)
Final Session (1-2 hours)
A Glimpse Into The Process:
In the 1:1 meeting, you will begin by letting everything out you wish to achieve. We will work together to narrow the list and prioritize. Once main goal(s) is determined, we will create a realistic to do list. If you've been unsuccessful at this goal in the past, we will discuss. We will then determine a check in schedule*, discuss personal accountability, and troubleshooting.
*Daily text message (or potentially quick phone call) check in's: If you plan your day in the morning after you wake up, A.M. check in; if you plan your day the night before, P.M. check in for the next day. Quick check in to discuss 1-3 priorities/tasks for the upcoming day, depending on what's determined in 1:1 session
